There are
three integral parts to custom software development:
Knowledge, Responsibility, and Control. If the developer
you have hired is going to build a software application
that will work specifically for your business, shouldn't
that developer know what you do, or at least be able to
learn it? If they don't have the KNOWLEDGE, then you are
going to have a problem consisting of wasted time AND
money.
Fowler
Software Design has proven experience in many different
industries and has trained developers who can ask the
right questions to better understand your business in a
short amount of time. This takes place before any
development on your project begins, to ensure success.
What
happens when the project is not being implemented as you
envisioned? Or, worse yet, the software you are given is
full of bugs and you're asked to pay more than you
budgeted to fix them. Fowler Software Design addresses
these issues in two ways.
As part of
Agile Development, you are kept informed of every step
of the development process, sometimes getting weekly or
bi-weekly updates in the form of web meetings or
in-person demonstrations. If you want to make changes as
we go, no problem.
Finally,
you are in CONTROL of your project. We set ourselves
apart from other developers by having a Quality
Assurance Division. This Division checks the progress of
your project, corrects any miscommunication and issues
that develop, within the software itself or as part of
the entire process, and keeps you informed every step of
the way. This way you can be sure everything is
factually in agreement with your contract, so you are in
CONTROL.
