On Friday, August 1, 2008, from 10am to 3pm, Fowler and Luminous will be setting up a "drive-thru" drop-off trailer. Customers will be able to drive right up to the trailer and, for a cost of just $5.00 per item, drop off all their old electronic equipment. Ultimate Electronics at 321 W. 84th Ave. in Thornton will be hosting the event.

The Colorado Association for Recycling will be on hand to give all customers educational information about electronics recycling, facts and figures that really drive home the point of why we are doing this. CAFR will also be providing volunteers who, along with Luminous employees, will unload your vehicle. Serendipity Catering will be there to provide refreshments and food to our volunteers.

If you have a large amount of electronics to recycle and you cannot transport them to our event, you can schedule a pick-up with Luminous at your location. You will be charged a fee of $150.00 for up to 1000 lbs. of material. For every pound over that, you will be charged $0.15 per lb. on top of the $150.00 fee.
